are you talking about downloading from the forum? because nobody on the show staff has anything to do with the running of the forum site, you need to private message Big Worm if you are experiencing problems with this site or click the "contact us" link in the board navigation box located top left of this page: http://www.lexandterryforum.com/portal.php

I use itunes and theres been no problem with it downloading this week.

There IS an issue with iTunes in relation to trying to SUBSCRIBE.. If you already are, then no issue. But for a reason we cannot figure out, iTunes sent me an email on Thursday telling me they had pulled our podcast for some sort of error... We cannot find it, and have resubmitted it for publication. But if you want to go directly to the source to get the podcast, here is our RSS page: feed://www.lexandterry.com/rss/default.xml

This is the page that iTunes pulls the podcast from each day.

Peter, you fucking rock! My biggest gripe with iTunes is their shitty software, nice to have an alternative.

Question, though, if a bunch of people start getting the podcast this way, isn't it going to cost you guys more for the bandwidth? I like having the alternative but not if it's going to hurt the show.

No, because this is where iTunes actually links to when you subscribe and download the audio. We don't get paid by, or pay iTunes. We originally didn't release this link because we wanted to get the "count" on iTunes, but the manner in which they calculate that "ranking of most listened to" is crap. So, get it either way... It doesn't bother us at all.

You need a browser that does RSS pages or an RSS reader.

No, firefox, safari (the Mac browser) and I think the newest version of IE all have RSS readers built into them.
